No Refund Policy
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies without exception to:
- Unused coins remaining in your account
- Coins deducted for monthly station subscription renewals
- Bonus coins received through coupon codes or promotional offers
- Coins remaining in accounts that are suspended or terminated
- Coins in accounts that are voluntarily closed by the user
- Purchases made in error — please review your order carefully before confirming payment
By purchasing coins, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Coins have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services to provide the platform:
- Omise — Payment processing for coin purchases
- DigitalOcean Spaces — Cloud storage for audio files and media content
- Sentry — Application error monitoring and performance tracking
- Shoutcast/DNAS — Audio streaming infrastructure
